With a crispy, knobbly snack made from a grain most people haven't heard of, a brand name and a brave owner in Rushina, we had the platform to create not only a brand that was different, but daring in attitude and distinctive in its category.
Our philosophy is to always embrace difference and to encourage consumers to do the same, so we set out to build a brand that would go against the grain, with extrovert characters expressing the products 'wow' factor and energetic hand-drawn flavour cues. A range of flexible brand assets were created that extend beyond the pack and bring the brand to life across all touchpoints.
An ambitious challenger was elevated to a confident snacking icon with listings across major multiples and national health food stores.
